On 11 June, I joined people from right across Sandwell who gathered to celebrate our LGBTQ+ community, reflect on the progress we’ve made towards equality, but also how far there is still to go.
It was a great day full of entertainment and community spirit at Dartmouth Park, and hopefully starts a new tradition of Pride celebrations in Sandwell.
